OUR HISTORY

Enterprise Homes Ltd is the longest established land development and residential housing company in Canterbury.

​The company started building in 1951 as Renwick Construction Co Ltd and then formed Enterprise Homes Ltd in 1972.

Since 1951, many thousands of homes have been built in Canterbury during the period spanning over 70 years, along with many prestigious sub-divisions being developed and completed.
